Justice Thakur's family lives in the sprawling bungalow in New Delhi's posh society. He has five beautiful daughters who he named in alphabetical order. A for Anjini, B for Binodini and C for Chandralekha, all three married. His fourth daughter is D for Debjani. She is a pretty news anchor who is not easy to impress. But then she meets the journalist Dylan, the handsome guy with whom she always has clashes and who always manages to catch her attention. E for Eshwari is the youngest and still in school. The story continues to revolve around everyone's lives and events. Set in the 80s, it brings back the pictures of the post Anti-Sikh riots, advent of video news tapes, VCRs and ambassadors down the roads. Filled with a fun family drama with too many vivid characters in the story, this book depicts a Bollywood masala movie.
