Anandwan aka Maharogi Sewa Samiti set up by Baba Amte for leprosy patients, is being run by his eldest son Dr. Vikas Amte for over three decades now. Dr. Amte who is a visionary has led this organization with an experimental approach which is detailed in this book along with how he has created a wave of change in the society towards the disabled and disadvantaged sections.
