The story begins with ten, strangers to each other, who are all summoned as weekend guests to a private island off the coast of Devon. Their host who is an eccentric millionaire is unknown to all of them and interestingly nowhere to be found. All that the guests have in common is a wicked past that will seal their fate. One by one they all fall prey and before the weekend is out, there will be none. And only the dead are above suspicion.
