"Nicomachean Ethics is arguably Aristotle's most influential work. It addresses questions such as ""Why should one study ethics?"" and ""What is the purpose of living?"" By addressing these questions, Aristotle builds a blue print of how one should live to fully flourish as a human being. As a result of this we have what is now known as Virtue Ethics. This edition of Nicomachean Ethics contains a guide to the Greek terms used throughout the book, a table of the various virtues and their vices, and an essay on contemporary Virtue Ethics. My hope is that these tools will facilitate a deeper understanding of the text, while maintaining affordability."
