Star Wars Trilogy: A New Hope

Ryder Windham is a sci-fi author who has written over sixty Star Wars books. This is an adaptation of the block-buster Star Wars Series for young readers. The Series, set in the future in a fictional galaxy, includes humanoids, robotic droids, and other aliens as part of the plot. The plot itself is stretched over many planets which are members of the Galactic Empire. This book in the Series introduces the Rebel Alliance, led by Princess Leia. The Alliance is scheming to destroy the Empire's space station, the Death Star. Unwittingly, their scheme entangles with the isolated life of farmworker Luke who gets a pair of robotic droids that possess stolen architectural plans for the Death Star. When the Empire begins a destructive search for the missing droids, Luke goes on a mission to return them accompanied by the Jedi Master who always watches him over. Filled with vividly detailed action and jargon (including semi-technical names for droids, battle gear, war ships, etc.), this book is an exciting journey for the readers, especially the young adults for who this has been adapted.
