Jules Beaurain is Commander of Telescope, an elite strike force, which is confronted by The Syndicate, a group which uses blackmail, bribery and terror to gain control of the economy of the West. Beaurain must locate and eliminate its leaders, but The Syndicate have already issued a death order against him.
