The lessons are nothing new. It's simply the raw version of many self-help diaries. The thing which will keep you hooked to read till end is the current mannerism presentation of words to make audience understand in relatable corner.
The book is best for those who have read hundred Self help books, but still are f***ed up in life. Thanks for my younger sister who recommend me to read it when I was self pitying for losing out a job.
Not sure what new I learnt from the book. Talks about philosophies that many of us already practise in our lives. The narrative is repetitive and hardly engaging. To wrap it up, in the author's crude style, - "One needn't give a fuck about this book".
